Founded in October of 2008, Ravenwood Press, Ltd. sought to fulfill one very basic goal:  To provide readers with quality books that might not otherwise reach the market via larger publishing houses.

With this very simple goal in mind, Ravenwood Press entered the world of independent book publishing not to compete with the larger names in the field, but simply to give writers an opportunity to make a name for themselves.

While we are a small press, this does not mean that we are not actively searching for new material.

Ravenwood hopes to grow to the point where we are able to bring one to three titles to market per year.

While we will evaluate each submission on a case-by-case basis, we are particularly interested in:

• Non-fiction
• Paranormal research
• Scientific material

While not our main focus at this time, we are also very willing to read and evaluate for possible publication:

• Novels / General Fiction
• Short Story Collections
